What is coaching?

Professional life coaching aims to help people, who are dealing with immediate challenges, meet their goals. The process is similar to an athlete hiring a coach for insight, guidance, and support. I am your professional, unbiased champion, confidant—coach—helping you see a different perspective and confidently move forward.

Can I benefit from coaching?

Yes! Coaching empowers you to reach your goals through accountability and practical strategies. You often have the answers, and the coaching process helps you uncover those insights. Specifically, I can help you organize priorities and make a plan to achieve goals. For most clients, this intentional process can bring about substantial results within three months.

How do sessions work?

Throughout a series of meetings, we talk over the phone/Skype or in person. (Many clients do live around the country, and we connect via phone.)

You share. I’ll listen. Together, we brainstorm, collaborate, and create efficient strategies to support your goals. In between sessions, I can provide additional support through emails, short telephone calls, and occasional text messages.

All coaching sessions are confidential and follow an agreed-upon schedule (usually once a week).
